Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Field Expert. We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our valued customers. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we understand that there may be situations where you need to return a purchase or seek a refund. Please review our refund policy below.

Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was delivered, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.

Refund Process:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@fieldexpert.pk or 03212555508 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant images if applicable.
2. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Warranty:

All our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions. If you experience any issues with your product within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team. We will assess the situation and provide assistance, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund at our discretion.

Exceptions:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
• Items that show signs of wear and tear not attributable to manufacturing defects.
